AI can lay the bricks. It can’t design the building.
Code is cheap now. Judgement isn’t. Someone still has to decide what the thing should be, how the parts hold together, and what happens the day it doubles in size. That’s the part we’ve done since 2004.

AI-nativeThe way we work
Fast is new. Solid isn’t.
AI changed how quickly a system can be built. It did not change what makes one worth keeping: a data model that holds, infrastructure that copes when the load arrives, and decisions someone will still be comfortable with in five years. We use the new speed. We have not moved the bar.
Working out what to build
The expensive mistakes happen before anyone writes code — the requirement nobody checked, the scope nobody agreed, the process nobody mapped. AI has no opinion on what your business actually needs. We work that out first, and write it down.
Designing how it holds together
Where the data lives, what talks to what, and which decisions you will still be living with in five years. Worked out deliberately at the start, rather than discovered halfway through when changing them is expensive.
Infrastructure that scales
Sized for the load it will actually see, not the load on launch day. Boring deploys, costs that do not surprise you at month end, and nothing that falls over the first time it gets busy.
Building and shipping it
AI-accelerated where that genuinely helps — scaffolding, migrations, test suites, first drafts — then read, tested and thrown out like anyone else’s code. Released in small pieces, so problems surface while they are still cheap to fix.
