Privacy policy

Last updated 25 July 2026

Digital Architect CC is a South African close corporation. This policy explains what this website does with your information. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

The short version

This website has no analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels and no advertising. Nothing is loaded from another company’s servers. The only information we ever receive is what you deliberately type into the contact form.

What we collect

When you send us a message using the contact form, we receive:

We do not collect anything else. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not know you visited this site unless you write to us.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you. That is the entire purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or share your details with anyone, and we do not use them for advertising.

How long we keep it

Your message stays in our email until it is no longer useful to keep. If you would like us to delete an enquiry and our reply to it, ask and we will.

Who else is involved

This website is hosted in South Africa. Your message is delivered to us by email. Nobody else receives it, and no third-party service processes it on the way.

Your rights

Under South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and we will action it. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Our products

Software products we build and operate — including Orgaro — handle personal information in their own right and are covered by their own privacy policies, published with each product. This policy covers this website only.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update it here and change the date at the top of the page.

Contact

Anything about this policy, or about information we hold, can be raised through the contact form.
